The Graduate School of Business and Leadership (GSB&L) offers its flagship programme the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, Master of Commerce in Leadership Studies degree (MCom), and the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management (PGDLM). Other programmes include the Management Development Programme (MDP) and an array of executive programmes for companies.

The disciplines of the GSB&L relates to Business, Entrepreneurship and Leadership. The School is served by 15 full time academics and a host of practitioners who work in industry. This combination of academics and practitioners ensures a perfect blend of theory and practice which enhances the learning experience of our students.

The GSB&L is located on the Westville Campus of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, 8 kilometres away from the Durban and Pinetown CBDs. Located within an environmental conservancy, the Westville Campus combines state of the art infrastructure with beautiful natural surroundings. The GSB&L blends into the rich cultural and economic tapestry of the province by being involved in the activities of the city and supporting the initiatives of the province.
